An agreement has been signed between affordable housing specialist Lovell, commercial property developers, Maple Grove Developments and Craven District Council for a £40 million development programme set to provide a major economic boost for Skipton, North Yorkshire. Lovell will deliver the housing element of the scheme valued at £30 million.
