Preview launch of Lovell's Maes Halley, Brecon

Lovell, the nation's complete housing solutions specialist, will be launching the Maes Halley, Parc Dewi Sant development to prospective purchases on 4 September.

The scheme, worth an estimated £10.6 million and located in beautiful Llanfaes, Brecon, will add 69 new homes to the local community.

Lovell is inviting potential purchasers and the community to learn more about the development at a special event on Sunday, 4 September at the Castle Hotel, Brecon, between 12pm and 4pm.

Maes Halley’s 53 brand-new two-, three- and four-bedroom homes benefit from their setting in the Brecon Beacons National Park, an area of outstanding natural beauty. Brecon town centre is a short walk away from the new development.

Lovell, which specialises in building community-focused developments, will complete the first homes in late spring 2012.

Kate Rees of Lovell says: “Maes Halley will deliver high-quality modern homes in a beautiful setting and friendly community. We have had a significant level of interest in the development already and are anticipating a high turnout on Sunday.”

Sixteen brand-new homes will be made available for rent with the Wales & West Housing Association in line with Lovell’s commitment to create successful, sustainable mixed-tenure neighbourhoods.
