Lovell secures two new heating contracts

Lovell has been successful in securing two new long-term contracts with housing associations.

Teign Housing and Westcountry Housing, part of the Westward Housing Group, have chosen Lovell to provide servicing, repairs and new installations for all their current and future heating requirements.

Both organisations are based in the South West and together manage more than 7,500 homes.

The contracts are for an initial four years with extensions available and are to provide gas boiler servicing and breakdown cover, electrical heating servicing and upgrades and replacements, air and ground source system servicing and installations alongside multi-fuel, oil and communal heating systems servicing and maintenance.

Lovell have been delivering gas safety and maintenance services to Teign Housing since September 2010 and have achieved 100% compliance and top quartile performance through most of this period.
