As part of Lovell's growth and commitment to the South West, a new operational hub has been opened in Exeter.
Martin Baker, regional manager, commented: "The launch of the office provides an opportunity to expand and build on our already dedicated and experienced team and will enable us to achieve even greater through the region." The new hub has been completely refurnished and the latest IT and call centre equipment has been installed to enable it to run as effectively and efficiently as possible and give our clients the very best in customer service. A dedicated call centre team is based in the new office, handling calls from our clients in the South West, and a commercial team and operations team work out of this base too. When looking where to expand in the region, it was important that the location had good transport links and after an extensive search Lovell secured an office near Exeter Airport, a few minutes drive from Junction 29 of the M5 and A30.
