Lovell builds success with Atrium Homes

Affordable housing and maintenance specialist Lovell has won a significant contract with the registered social landlord Atrium Homes to provide a reactive repairs service over a three-year period from July 2011.

This contract builds on the company's current success at supplying responsive maintenance within the region and will see Lovell carry out repairs and maintenance work on 985 homes and 99 lock-up garages in Ayrshire. This will also include the refurbishment of void properties.

Alan Taylor, regional director at Lovell, says: "This latest contract win shows that Lovell is continuing to reinforce its position as a market leader in the affordable housing sector."
