Housebuilder Lovell and the Homes
and Communities Agency (HCA) have joined together to kickstart a new phase of
development at £1.5 million is being invested through the HCA to build 53 new homes on the Lovell scheme, which will deliver a total of 109 new homes for the town. 15 of the new homes are also available under the government’s Homebuy Direct scheme, aimed at helping first time buyers to get a foot on the property ladder. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the town to be quiet and peaceful, but still close enough to walk into the centre of Dudley with all of its facilities and entertainment, Lovell’s Priory Park development is expected to be a popular choice for people looking for a new home in the Black Country.
