Mrs Yaarun Ahmed and her daughter Mahbuba, are among residents in Bradford celebrating having a warmer, more modern home thanks to a major improvement scheme completed by Lovell for Manningham Housing Association. The local Lovell team has successfully delivered housing refurbishment works to 208 homes across the Bradford District ahead of schedule.

Mrs Ahmed comments: “I am pleased that my kitchen units were done on time and my advice to everyone in my neighbourhood is to look after their kitchen, because the Lovell team has worked very, very hard for us.” Lovell regional director Noel Adams says: “It’s great that Mrs Ahmed is so pleased with the work by our team. We’re delighted to have used our refurbishment expertise helping deliver a project which has made a real difference for residents.” James Healy, property and estates manager for Manningham Housing Association, comments: “The Association is committed to improving its stock as part of its investment programme. We received a competitive price from Lovell and we worked well together. The results of the refurbishment works have been a huge success based on positive feedback from our customers.” Lovell regularly works in the Bradford area. Last year, the company finished work on Bradford’s first zero-carbon homes, in a scheme for Bradford Council at Pavilion Gardens, Longfield Drive. The company also continues to provide gas maintenance and servicing for 18,000 households in Bradford for Incommunities. |
