Shared Equity from Lovell

A Lovell home has always been a superb choice but now we’re making it easier to buy with our shared equity scheme. On selected developments, you can own 100% of a new home but only pay 75% at the time of purchase – We’ll lend you the outstanding 25% with no interest or rent to pay.
