Stoke Development Brings First What House Award

Compendium Living, which is a joint venture between Lovell and Riverside Housing, has scooped an influential What House Award for its Weston Heights development.

The Bronze Award was presented to Compendium Living in the Best Partnership Scheme category.

The Award is another landmark in this development’s remarkable journey. Around 300 homes will eventually be built on the Weston Coyney site, with 149 homes already completed. The area has been transformed – and not just because of the high quality new homes. A brand new wetlands area has been created and a beautiful open space developed for the local community to use.

Lovell has been responsible for building all of the homes and selling the majority of the homes on the open market.
