NHBC Youthbuild Award 2007 - Runner up (Kesi Fenton)

Sponsored by NHBC, the Youthbuild Awards recognise the accomplishments of young people at the start of their construction industry careers. London-based trainee Kesi Fenton, 19, was a runner-up in the 2007 awards.

As a member of the company's national management training programme, the Lovell Management Development Academy, Kesi is gaining experience of the company's different departments before deciding in which area she will specialise. Kesi is also studying for an HNC in Construction at Stephenson College, Coalville, Leicestershire.
