Considerate Constructors Scheme Silver Award 2006 - New Pembury

The Considerate Constructors Scheme Awards are designed to recognise and reward those who have demonstrated exceptional levels of consideration against the scheme's Code of Considerate Practice.

This project involves an ongoing, phased refurbishment of the kitchens and bathrooms in several occupied blocks of flats on a large estate in East London. The work also includes new electrics, plumbing, heating, windows and door entry systems. The award particularly recognised our calm and organised approach to these works, and our role in facilitating community activities with local residents.
