Considerate Constructors Scheme Silver Award 2007 - The Vine Yard

The Considerate Constructors Scheme Awards are designed to recognise and reward those who have demonstrated exceptional levels of consideration against the scheme's Code of Considerate Practice.

This project involved construction of a new housing development, adjacent to an existing residential area, on the perimeter of an historic market town. The award particularly recognised our commitment to the local community and environment issues, and our proactive approach to minimising any adverse effects to the existing community.
