Considerate Constructors Scheme Bronze Award 2006 - Pentremeurig Road, Carmarthen

The Considerate Constructors Scheme Awards are designed to recognise and reward those who have demonstrated exceptional levels of consideration against the scheme's Code of Considerate Practice.

This project involved a mixed development of public and private housing on the edge of the town of Carmarthen, adjacent to both open land and a previous phase of the development. The award particularly recognised Lovell�s excellent efforts to minimise the impact of the new building work on the residential neighbours occupying earlier phases of the project, highlighting the site-specific environmental plan which was developed as a result of an impact assessment.
