Considerate Constructors Scheme Bronze Award 2006 - New Pembury

The Considerate Constructors Scheme Awards are designed to recognise and reward those who have demonstrated exceptional levels of consideration against the scheme's Code of Considerate Practice.

This project involved the complete renovation of an extensive estate, including internal and external works to flats, and the layout redesign to improve community awareness and reduce enclosed areas. Lovell received particularly praise for our excellent attention to detail, working with the community, listening to suggestions and reacting immediately to problems.

The award also recognised our - exceptionally good - complaints procedure as managed by the Resident Liaison Officer, and our commitment to the welfare of both the local community and on-site contractors.
