Considerate Constructors Scheme Silver Award 2007 - Morley Phase 1

The Considerate Constructors Scheme Awards are designed to recognise and reward those who have demonstrated exceptional levels of consideration against the scheme's Code of Considerate Practice.

This project, located on a large council housing estate, involved the internal and external refurbishment of approximately 400 homes. The award particularly recognised the commitment of two independent site management teams in establishing good community relations, and our liaison with local schools to raise local children's awareness of the dangers of construction sites.
