Considerate Constructors Scheme Silver Award 2007 - Penistone/Oxspring Package 14

The Considerate Constructors Scheme Awards are designed to recognise and reward those who have demonstrated exceptional levels of consideration against the scheme's Code of Considerate Practice.

This project, delivered under the Decent Homes Standard, involved both internal and external refurbishment of council housing stock. All work was carried out with the maximum consideration and minimum disturbance or discomfort to the residents and neighbours, with full attention to detail in all aspects of the project. The award particularly recognised the excellent standards achieved by the site manager and his team.
