Considerate Constructors Scheme Bronze Award 2007 - Package 26, Lobley Street

The Considerate Constructors Scheme Awards are designed to recognise and reward those who have demonstrated exceptional levels of consideration against the scheme's Code of Considerate Practice.

This project involved the internal refurbishment of council houses on an occupied estate close to a main road. The award particularly recognised our high standard of consideration for the public and the environment, and praised the efforts of the resident liaison officer and site staff in minimising the disruption caused by the works, and maintaining a safe and well-presented site.
