Considerate Constructors Scheme Gold Award 2007 - Pendon House Pk24

The Considerate Constructors Scheme Awards are designed to recognise and reward those who have demonstrated exceptional levels of consideration against the scheme's Code of Considerate Practice.

This project involved the internal refurbishment of a large residential home situated within a council housing estate that had recently been refurbished by Lovell. The award particularly recognised the considerate ethos with which Lovell approached the work, and our total attention to detail in all aspects of the project.
