The scheme of seven dweliings comprised of three 2-bedroom homes and two 3-bedroom homes for rent as well as two 2-bedroom homes for shared ownership. All were built using a thin joint masonry construction system with a brick outer skin that complied with Robust Standard Details. All parking areas and driveways were constructed using permeable paving to reduce the scheme's impact on the local drainage system. Potterton Promax HE15 gas boiers were used to run the conventional wet radiator heating systems which were then enhanced by Viridian Solar Thermal Collaectors on the roofs. All light fittings for living areas were dedicated Low-e to reduce energy usage.

By offering these solutions Lovell has been able to provide our client with a sustainable housing development that acheived Level 3 of the Code for Sustainable Homes within a twenty nine week development programme.
