Recruitment criteria

Image of Lovell members of staff. The following criteria are essential:

  • 3 A Levels, not including General Studies

  • Mathematics, English and Science GCSE at Grade A* to C.

  • Good references from an employer and school or college

  • Evidence of participation in voluntary work, sports, and/or community activities

  • You live within 50 miles of the regional office in which you will be based during the summer placement.

The following criteria are an advantage:

  • Full driving licence

  • 3 A Levels Grade A* to C, not including General Studies

  • Mathematics A Level at Grade A* to C

  • Advanced Level Construction & Built Environment Diploma at Grade A* to C

  • Previous work experience in construction.

Lovell will be happy to consider qualifications equivilent to those listed above.
