Job title:Regional director What does your job involve?I am responsible for all aspects of the Lovell business in the Midlands, from establishing the vision of what our business should look like and what direction we take, to setting the culture and values of the business to which our employees should aspire. I have a management team who report to me on every facet of our activities: business development, design, construction, health and safety, commercial, training and all the key ingredients that go into making a successful construction business. Together, we set the targets and forecasts for performance for the future and make sure that the business delivers that performance for the benefit of our employees and shareholders.
